Shipping is quoted for each order
Orders may ship from Shanghai, China, or Long Beach, California, USA, depending on stock and the written quotation. The listed product price does not include freight, insurance, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling unless the quotation says otherwise.
Shipping cost depends on the product format, quantity, packed dimensions and weight, destination, carrier, service level, and any export or import requirements. We therefore do not publish a universal freight price or describe shipping as free.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Order-preparation or production timing is confirmed in the quotation. For products described with a lead time of within 30 days, that timing remains subject to order confirmation, payment, stock, customization, and technical approval.
Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not the same as production lead time. Customs processing, weather, carrier capacity, remote-area service, and destination-country controls can change delivery timing. The quotation or shipment notice is the controlling source for the selected service and estimate.
Returns require written authorization
Do not send a product back without written approval and return instructions. Return eligibility, destination, inspection conditions, refund or replacement treatment, and timing are governed by the accepted quotation and applicable law.
For an approved compatibility- or performance-based return, the buyer is responsible for the original outbound freight and return freight unless the quotation or applicable law states otherwise. If the shipment is incorrect or arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with the order reference, packaging photographs, product photographs, quantity affected, and a description of the issue.
Validate compatibility before a volume order
Changeable-TID products are special-purpose, non-standard tags. Reader model, antenna, legal regional band, power setting, memory commands, tag generation, format, mounting environment, and target workflow can all affect results. Request samples when available and validate them with the actual reader and application before ordering volume.
